I brought my car to Keford recently, and I can't believe how good it came out. Not only are the repairs and paint work beautiful, but they cleaned the inside of the car, better than I ever have! It's nice to know there are still quality, family owned businesses that really care about great personal service, and outstanding craftsmanship.

CONSUMERALERT. THERE ARE LOTS OF TOWING SCAMS OUT THERE. BE SURE TO PRICE CHECK TOWING RATES AS SO YOUR NOT OVER CHARGED.

My Semi-Tractor went off the road this past winter and Keford got there within 20 minutes. When they got there they got right to work and made short work of getting me out of the ditch. The price was very fair too. Not like some of those tow companies out their gouging people. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone who drives truck and needs fast service and a fair price.

I had my car repaired at Keford Collision and found the staff very professional and very helpful. I have been to other shops and Keford was the best I have been to. They arranged a rental car for me and did a really good job on my car. I can see why they have been in business so long.

My husband called me from 2 hours away with a flat tire and a spare that wouldn't budge. 411 couldn't help find a close service (actually 411 told me they couldn't find any "towing" in Novi, MI - typical!!!) So I jumped on line and found Keford. They were prompt and tried to get the spare out. They brought the car back to their garage to continue to try to get the spare out. It wouldn't budge. They didn't give up and finally the spare pulled from the car. Hubby got home safe and sound. He said he was really pleased with the service he got and the guys had a good attitude and really wanted to help.
